Members meet at the new shed on South Coast Highway near the old West Denmark School site (Sun 22 Dec 2002). This was a familiarisation day for residents. They were able to observe the procedures for starting the truck, pump engine as well as looking at the valves and hose arrangements.

Plans were also made for regular meetings and maintenance of the equipment.

Internal finishing of the shed is also required with an ablution block and septic system still to be installed.
